9. SUBSCRIPTIONS
When purchasing a product, you may choose a one-time purchase or enrollment in our Subscribe & Save program.
If you enroll, your subscription will automatically renew every 30, 60, or 90 days (depending on your selection) and be billed to the card on file until canceled.
If your card details change, we may use an account updater to process renewals. To cancel your subscription, you must contact Customer Support at least 24 hours before the next shipment by phone (1-800-675-0398) or email (support@physiciansgrade.com).
From time to time, Physicians Grade LLC may include promotional free products with initial orders. These bonuses will not continue with subscription renewals.
10. SHIPPING
Physicians Grade LLC ships to addresses in the United States via USPS or commercial carrier.
- Orders typically ship within 24–48 business hours of placement.
- Delivery usually occurs within 4–7 business days.
- Accurate shipping address and phone number are required.
- Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address entry.
If you discover an error in your order after submission, contact Customer Support immediately at 1-800-675-0398 or support@physiciansgrade.com. While we will attempt to accommodate changes, same-day shipping may prevent modifications.
11. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is considered sufficient proof of delivery, even without a recipient signature.
12. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Physicians Grade LLC wants you to be completely satisfied with your experience. If you are unsatisfied with our product, or if it arrives damaged, you may return or exchange the unused portion up to 30 days from the billing date for a full refund under the following terms:
- To initiate a refund or exchange, email support@physiciansgrade.com or call 1-800-675-0398. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping.
- Packages marked “Return to Sender” cannot be processed or refunded.
- Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used to place the order.
- The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of your return package. Our shipping department is not allowed to accept packages without an RMA number.

- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend shipping returns using a carrier with delivery confirmation. After receipt, please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION BY MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER
