How to Process Your Refund

Please be sure to include your full name and order number inside the package so we can correctly process your refund.
If you do not know your order number, include the shipping address you used when placing your order.
Returns sent to any other address may not be processed.
You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Important Notes
- The 180-day guarantee applies only to purchases made directly through PhysiciansGrade.com.
- If you purchased through another authorized retailer, their standard return policy will apply and returns must be processed through them directly.
