Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently offer shipping within the United States and select international destinations.
Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Free on orders over $50, otherwise flat rate $5.95.
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to select countries. Rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
- Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier’s website or your PhysiciansGrade.com account.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@physiciansgrade.com so we can assist with a resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Information
